Scott and Michealle Hoag  

God opened the door for Scott & Michealle to serve as Senior Pastors of Cornerstone Community Church in 2001. Together, they are deeply passionate about building the Kingdom of God. They love people and are thrilled to serve God's purposes in their lives.

Prior to coming to Cornerstone, the Hoags served as Associate Pastors at First Assembly in Lancaster, CA and Harbor Light in Fremont, CA.  Scott attended Christ for the Nations in Dallas, TX and Heritage Bible Institute in Fremont, CA.  He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Church Leadership at Bethany University in Scotts Valley, CA and his Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling at Liberty University. 

Michealle is a graduate of Pepperdine University with a degree in English and a minor in Theater.  They were married in 1993 and have three children, Atlantah, Jakan and Jeriah.

Worship Pastor

Travis and Nicole Martin

Travis and Nicole began their ministry at Cornerstone in 2010.  Travis' passion and gift to lead in worship is a great blessing to Cornerstone.

The Martins were married in August 2009. They both graduated from Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, CA where Travis also received his license to preach with the Assemblies of God. Nicole received her degree in Liberal Arts.

They both love missions and reaching out to the community. Some of their ministry travels have led them to Zimbabwe, Panama, Mexico, Ireland and Ghana. Prior to coming to Cornerstone, the Martins served as Worship Pastors in Southern CA.

The Martins have 3 children, Braylen, Everly, and Indie.


Matthew and Becca Larsen

Matthew and Becca come to us from Anchorage Alaska in 2016. Prior to coming to Manteca, they served as Youth Pastors at Anchorage First Assembly of God church. Matthew received his Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Anchorage, AK. The Larsens are passionate about serving families and kids and are excited to build the kingdom of God. They have two daughters, Aurora and Embrie.

Michael & Emilie Reese

Michael and Emilie began their ministry at Cornerstone in April of 2017. They both have a heart for jr. high students and to see God fulfill His will in their lives. We love to see how God uses them to lead our jr. high students into thriving relationships with Him.

Elijah & Angela Escalante

Elijah and Angela have been married for 5 years. For the past 3 years they have served as children and youth directors in Vallejo. In June of 2017, they welcomed their first child, baby Grace, and moved back to their hometown, in Stockton be closer to their families. Currently, Elijah is working towards his ministerial license through Global University and Angela runs a home daycare. They are true servant leaders that have a passion for people. Their desire is to lead students toward a relationship with God through encouragement and Christ-centered discipleship.



Douglas and Kristin Scott

Douglas & Kristin Scott came to serve the Lord at Cornerstone in 2012 after serving 4 years as missionaries in the Philippines. They continue to lead teams back each year to help underprivileged kids receive new shoes.

After 17 years of elementary school administration, Douglas serves as the Executive Administrator at Cornerstone. He received his Bachelor’s of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Arkansas. God has gifted Douglas with gifts of Administration and Graphics Arts.

The Scotts were married in 1993. They have 2 adult children: Tyler and Emma, and 1 grandchild.


Celebrate Recovery Pastor

Robert and Carla Henson

Robert and Carla began attending Cornerstone in 2000. In 2010 Robert received his license to preach with the Assemblies of God and was ordained in 2015. Celebrate Recovery began under the leadership of Pastor Robert in 2012. The Hensons have 2 adult children (Rob and Patrice) and 2 grandchildren.
