Building an effective team at Cornerstone depends on putting the right people in the right places. The best way to determine what place each person belongs in is by determining everyone’s spiritual gifts. Click on the Booklet to begin taking your personality and spiritual gifts assessment.

After taking the Personality Assessment and the Spiritual Gifts Assessment provided in this booklet, we encourage you to complete the response form. Once completed, you can either submit the form in the church office or click the assessment form button below to submit your answers online.

At Cornerstone, we refer to our group of volunteers as the “DREAM TEAM”. They are an amazing group of people that have discovered their passion and purpose and are actively serving at Cornerstone, as well as, in our community.
